Ready-to-ship pieces

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
• We prefer exchanges for size, and will happily swap for another size if it's in stock.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the piece.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order pieces are cut to your size or measurements, so they can't be returned. If the fit isn't right we'll work with you on alterations. If the piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll fix it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to request

Signed-in customers can start a request from their order in Account → Orders. Otherwise contact us with your order number.
